1. Description of Strut Channel Roll Forming Machine
Automatic Strut Channel Production Line, can produce profiles of various cross-sectional specifications and models, and the replacement of plate types is fast and convenient, and one person can operate the entire line. PLC centrally controls the unwinding, leveling, and feeding of the whole line, Fixed-length punching, roll forming, follow-up cutting, and discharging. Multiple groups of parts data tasks can be set at one time, automatic production, and remote control.
Briefly, a solar panel frame roll forming machine produces the steel channels often used as supporting frames of the solar panel.
There are standard dimensions for common uni strut channels, i.e. 21*41, 41*41, and 41*61, etc. And also there are punching holes continuously on the bottom of the channels for joints. The following are some regular joints or connections.
The basic strut channel comes in the open box section, where several variations are available with small different shapes as well as different hole patterns for mounting to walls and supports. Generally, the materials for making the channels are 1.5-2.5mm thick zin-coating steel or cold-rolled steel.

|2||Entry Beach||Usage: Put the raw material(steel plate) through the beach to manufacture and process, it can guarantee that the products are neat, parallel and everything is uniform. Please refer to the equipment regulation to know the function of locating angle iron.|

|5||Main Roll Forming System||Feature: Ensure stability, precision, and lifetime.
Usage: In order to keep the product shape and precision, adopts welded sheet structure, motor reducer drive, gear transmission( the first and the last roller, the down roller should be attached with the upper one with the gear drive.), roller surfaces polishing, hard plating, heat treatment, and galvanization treatment. The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped.

|7||Hydraulic system:||Hydraulic oil: 46#
It is controlled by a gear wheel oil pump. After filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank, the pump drives the cutter machine to begin the cutting job.
Components: The system includes a set of hydraulic tanks, a set of hydraulic oil pumps, two hydraulic pipes. and two sets of electromagnetism valves

Adopted PLC, transducer, touch panel from Delta Taiwan to ensure high speed with stability, precision, and lifetime.
