A1: We established since 2007, the team with engineers who have 20 years experience in metal forming machine industry. We produce machine all-in-house, from raw material to ready machine, all done in our factory so that we can control our machine quality and delivery time.
Q2: How long does it take to deliver the machine after the order & deposit?
A2: Usually it will take 30-40 working days, to manufacture the machine and make it ready to deliver. At first 10 days, the technical drawing will be made. The second 15 days, start manufacturing the parts and ready to assemble. In the last 10 days, the machine will be assembled and inspected to make sure it is ready to deliver.
Q3: What is your warranty term?
A3: Machine warranty time is 12 months. We supply lifetime service for our produced machines for all customers.
Q4: Can you offer overseas service?
A4: Yes, we have experienced technicians who can be sent to different countries to install our machines and supply others service.
5. Installation service
a. After the machine arrives at the destination, the seller will send the technician to the buyer’s factory to install the machine if the buyer wants. The buyer needs to provide some technicians to assist in the installation work.
Installation period is around 5 days. The buyer should have been prepared for the steel sheet, foundation position the machine before seller’s technician's departure.
The buyer should arrange the accommodation, food, and traffic in the destination
Training period: 2 days. (we can supply training on the operation spot if buyer needs)
Within 3 months after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination, if there is no installment requirement from the Buyers, the goods should be counted as up to standard. Inspection standard is based on the technical standard signed by both parties and our company standard.
