1. Description of shutter door roof forming machine
A steel rolling shutter door slat roll forming machine has been designed and built because of the needs for the production of steel roller shutter doors. The slats can be made out of galvanized steel strips, prepainted steel strips and some occasions alloy aluminum strips as well. This roll forming machine is technically capable to produce roller shutter slats with any lengths available and effective widths customizable from metal with thickness 0.6-1.2mm (some customers request heavy duty rolling shutter slats up to 2mm thickness).
A steel rolling shutter slat roll forming machine consists a manual decoiler, a roll fomer, transmission system, a punching tool is optional for punching slots on some types of steel roller shutter slats, a cutting tool (both a hydraulic cutter and a fly-saw cutter is available), a PLC control cabinet, a hydraulic oil pump will be equipment for hydraulic cutting tool and runout tables.

3. Major production processes
First step:
Designing. After order confirmation, we start to design the machine, such as the basement, structure, rollers, shafts, power, cutting device, programs and so on.
Second step:
The main parts, like rollers and shafts, are produced by ourselves. We have several high-precision CNC lathes and other kinds of new machine tools so that the quality and precision can be controlled.
Third step:
Assembling. The machines are assembled by technicians with years of experience, which can help workers improve the production efficiency and machine’s quality.
Fourth step:
Test. The raw material of different specifications is prepared for testing. And during the test, long enough material is used. Because if the material is not long enough, some defects cannot be exposed.
Five step:
Delivery. Because of the weight of the machine itself, the packing is usually bare packing. The machine will be fixed inside the container by steel wire, in order to make sure it won’t move during transportation and avoid any kinds of damage of machine and container.
