1. Description of CZ purlin roll forming machine
The CZ purlin machines are specifically used to manufacture multi-size C and Z purlin channels, We manufacture Automatic and Semiautomatic type CZ interchangeable Purlin Machines in China
The C and Z purlin produced by these machines are of high quality and scratchless material and are best suited for sizes from 30-300mm and on.
The Machine’s parts are all made with precision and experienced personals, with optimum quality roll tools so you never have to worry about the quality.
The profile change including cutting dies for C to Z takes at most 30 minutes (just clutches taken out, a 180° turning on some rolling tools and clutches inserted in) and size change needs at most 5 minutes (just input the required distance through the touch screen on PLC control cabinet ). a.The seller will debug the machines freely in China, and the traffic expense in China of the technique people will be paid by the seller.
When technique men go to the buyer's place to debug the machines, the buyer should pay the
the expense of accommodation, and round-trip tickets for the seller’s men. and pay the technician USD100 per day.
b. If the buyer sends people to receive the training of the operation given by the seller, during the training period, the seller should pay the expense of accommodation, and traffic for the buyer's men.

2). Q: After purchase Lebron-Machinery’s machine, what kind of training could Lebron-Machinery provide?
A: Lebron-Machinery will provide 7 days’ free training. The training place can be in Lebron-Machinery company or in places designated by the customer where installation takes place, this can all be predetermined by clients in the contract.
3). Q: What kind of warranty do Lebron-Machinery’s roll forming machines provide?
A: Except for the consumables, the whole machine has a one-year limited warranty.
4). Q: After buying Lebron-Machinery’s equipment, are there technicians in charge of supporting on-site installation?
